Neilon is dedicated to Thai massage as his modality, and as such it is the only one he specialises in. Having said that, it has many applications from sorting out a stiff back, tight shoulders, problematic neck, dodgy shoulders to deep relaxation, sleep problems and general self-care.

Neilon Has been dedicating himself to the practice of Thai Yoga Massage in Brighton since 2012. It was the physical embodiment of Metta, loving kindness, that immediately drew Neilon to Thai Yoga Massage. From the very first time he came across it in an AcroYoga class he knew right away that it embodied the missing element to the many massages he had received over the years.
Neilon is a personal trainer, Kung Fu instructor and Brighton’s first working AcroYoga teacher. His own journey to discovering the body began when his back “went” as a child from an underlying congenital condition – spondylolisthesis. His journey has given him an intuitive sense of the body and how it relates to someone’s whole being. The combination of experience, knowledge and intuition came together to make Heart Hands Thai Massage in Brighton a powerfully therapeutic treatment.
