Heart Hands was my first experience of Thai yoga massage and since my first treatment around two years ago I’ve been coming every month and I haven’t looked back. I love it! I’ve experienced lots of massage styles and therapists and this is my absolute favourite.

One of my friends recommended this experience to me and I thought it sounded interesting and unlike anything I had tried before. When I arrived at the treatment center I was greeted and immediately put at ease by his courteous and unpretentious manner. Once I had settled in and relaxed, Neilon delivered a well seasoned and elegantly thorough massage leaving me revitalized and vibrant. Deeply knowledgeable and professional. He is clearly a devoted practitioner.

Neilon’s gentle thai massage is the best massage experience I’ve had, and I’ve had quite a few! It is a fully clothed, top to toe massage in a warm, quiet and relaxing environment. I’m hypermobile and have a variety of joint problems so not all thai massage would suit my body, but he is highly intuitive, and thorough – it’s clear that he’s an experienced body worker and I feel safe in his hands. His thorough approach is holistic and caring, his technique is gentle and/or firm as required on the day. He always delivers a truly healing experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
When I started my massage sessions with Neilon, I didn’t know what to expect. I was experiencing pain in my top and lower back most days which was interfering with my university work. I had suffered from this for a number of years and tried various other treatments. After having approximately four weekly sessions I noticed a marked change in how my back felt. Now I am no longer suffering daily from back pain. As well as helping my back specifically, Neilon has helped my posture and my pain threshold in general. He also helped me come to terms with the longer-term implications of not stretching regularly. This has made a sustainable difference to me. Not only has my level of discomfort decreased significantly, I am also more aware of what I am able to do – as well as my limitations.
Emery flowing, channels open, stretched to just the rightpoint, touched, looked after, seend and heard on many levels. Moments of bliss. I have to add that I am very fussy when it comes to body work!
For me, Neilon’s massage was really something special. I felt well held and looked after. It’s a funny word, but it also felt spiritual, like I was coming back in to myself as well as extending out. Really recommend. I will be traveling down from Birmingham in the New Year to get another treatment. Highly recommend.

Neilon was understanding that I felt a little apprehensive, having never had a massage before and only just discovering what Thai massage really was. He explained what Thai massage involved and asked me what I hoped to get out the massage..aches/pains/problems… I was able to relax and really felt comfortable. He was confident, strong and deliberate with movements and checked in with me when appropriate. I really was blown away by the treatment.
I felt like my entire body had been relaxed and woken up at the same time and felt the effects of the massage for a few days afterwards and was excited for the next treatment which was just as uplifting and relaxing, a truly engaging experience for the body.

Neilon gave me a thorough assessment before commencing the treatment and responded to my body well. I felt fully supported and able to trust in the treatment, allowing injuries to be manipulated and worked upon.
He ensured his diary would always accommodate my very busy schedule to ensure that follow up treatments were possible, meaning that my injuries were treated well and frequently. Following each treatment, neilon also acted very professionally and in a caring manner by ensuring clear avenues for feedback and opportunities for additional support and feedback should I need it. Which includes advice for additional treatment tools and exercises I could access, to support my recovery. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Thanks you so much for the session we had yesterday. Never before have I known anyone able to release the spasm caused by a slipped disc, but your input moved me on from a state of being competlely stuck to one in which I was able to begin gentle movement… nothing short of magic!
Well I had a very good experience… probably the best massage I have ever had!! It was very thorough and the massage was both firm in pressure but also gentle and sensitive. I would recommend him highly as I think he is really gifted. Go for the full 1 hour and a half, it is really worth having the full experience. Its special!
